Brief Overview:
At the beginning of your first session, you complete a personal fitness assessment. This assists us in providing extra attention if we needed to modify specific exercises and provides a benchmark for us to measure results.
Workouts are unique and are generally comprised of warm-ups, functional movement, intermittent running, resistance training, agility exercises, and core strength. The workouts progressively increase in volume over each week to keep pushing your fitness level to new heights and your body fat percentage to new lows while building self-confidence.

Eating right is an integral part of our program and one of the ways we offer more than other outdoor boot camp fitness programs.

When you come to our Fit Camp, bring the following items:

All levels welcome! With two trainers we are able to split up groups if needed for more advanced fitness levels. Workouts are unique and are generally comprised of circuit-based exercises utilizing your own body weight. You will focus on various fitness areas such as flexibility, core strength, power, endurance, balance, speed, and agility.

More and more youth and teens are in need of time away from the computer and involvement in fitness programs. Exercise is essentital for everyone and we make sure to keep the exercises fun, functional, and dynamic. We focus on both boys and girls of all ages.
Fairytale Brides Fit Camp
This class is geared towards brides & grooms who are looking to drop a few pounds for their big wedding day! Workouts are unique and are generally comprised of circuit-based exercises utilizing your own body weight and cardio stations. You will focus on various areas in need of a little work for the big wedding day!

This class is geared towards the 50+ crowd and beginners who are new to exercise. The pace of the class will be toned down however challenging to your own level. Workouts are unique and are generally comprised of circuit-based exercises utilizing your own body weight. You will focus on various fitness areas such as flexibility, core strength, endurance, balance, and mobility.

Baby-Strong Mommy Fit
A great class for new mothers looking to get out of the house! Our primary focus will concentrate on core strength, tummy fat loss, and muscle conditioning to help shed the baby pounds. Exercises will include both aerobic and strength-based stations. This class will involve a more extended warm up and cooldown/stretch period to gradually get you back into comfortably working out.
*Note: More advanced mothers who are more fit should consider trying our regular Fit Camp.
